luciferase reporter gene assay system quantitation of firefly
luciferase activity in mammalian cells. steadylite reporter assay was designed

half-life of more than 4 hours, making it detection system of choice batch

of processed plates can wait in stacks before measurement.
steadylite plus luminescence assay is suitable 96-, 384-, or
1536-well microplate formats, and is ideal for:
