  • Optimization of a high-throughput CTAB-based protocol for the extraction of qPCR-grade DNA from rumen fluid, plant and bacterial pure cultures.: This study details the optimization of a high-throughput protocol using Cetyltrimethylammonium Bromide (CTAB) for extracting high-quality DNA suitable for quantitative PCR (qPCR) from various biological samples. The optimized protocol is significant for molecular biology applications as it ensures efficient and reliable DNA extraction, which is crucial for downstream genetic analyses. (Minas et al., 2011).

 

 

Preparation Note

Following reconstitution store at room temprature (20°C). Stock solutions are stable for up to 6 months at room temperature.

Heating to 30-35°C may be required for complete solubilization.
