Ceruloplasmin Activity Assay Kit (Colorimetric) (ab273296) utilizes an oxidase substrate, which gives an intensely colored product upon oxidation. The kit is fast, easy to use and suitable for high throughput applications and can measure ceruloplasmin activity in serum in the range between approximately 5 and 500 mU/ml.

This product is manufactured by BioVision, an Abcam company and was previously called K669 Ceruloplasmin Activity Colorimetric Assay Kit. K669-100 is the same size as the 100 test size of ab273296.

The quality of HiYield™ Plasmid Mini Kit is test on a lot-to-lot basis. The kits are tested by isolation of plasmid DNA from 3ml culture of E.coli DH5 transformed with the plasmid pUC19(A600>2units/ml). More than 20μg of plasmid DNA was quantified with spectrophotometer.
