RBCBioscience G50 Dye Terminator Removal Kit 100 Columns

​The G50 Dye Terminator Removal Desalt Kit consists of prepacked Sephadax G50 pre-hydrated with double-distilled water. The columns can be used for removing excess dye terminator, free nucleotides from sequencing and labeling reaction, desalting and for buffer exchange. The G50 column can purify DNA fragments longer than 20 bases in length with low molecular weight material retained in the gel matrix of the column. The column is designed to purify DNA fragments >20 bases only. Not suitable for PCR product primer removal.

• The quality of G50 Dye Terminator Removal Desalt Kit is tested on a lot to lot basis. 

During shipment the gel in G50 Column may become lodged in the cap. This will not affect the quality and efficiency of the G50 Column. In the event of gel drying (cracking), add 300μl of dd H2O to the G50 Column before use. 

The optimal sample volume is 20-100μl

The quality of HiYield™ Plasmid Mini Kit is test on a lot-to-lot basis. The kits are tested by isolation of plasmid DNA from 3ml culture of E.coli DH5 transformed with the plasmid pUC19(A600>2units/ml). More than 20μg of plasmid DNA was quantified with spectrophotometer.
