RNA-direct™ Realtime PCR Master Mix is applicable for TaqMan™ assay or hybridization probe assay, in combination with each probe. RNA-direct™ SYBR Green™ Realtime PCR Master Mixcan be applied to an intercalation assay with SYBR® Green I.
